Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. CHILDREN 3 WEEKS TO 18 YEARS
Each class will begin with a welcome, warm-up, getting ready / relaxing, permission, massage time, the topic of the day, Q &A, and wrap up to end. These workshops and classes will be 60 minutes in length. At the end of the series, you will be receiving a complete booklet of massage techniques that you have learned. The workshops and classes begin at $125 for a 4-week series. Workshops and classes can be individual or in group settings.
