Infant Massage

Infant massage is important for you and your new bundle of joy. Each massage session will last roughly 60 minutes. This is depending on your baby and if they want a massage that day. You as the parent will be learning different techniques of massage that will help you bond with your child.

The exchange between baby and caregiver is incredibly powerful and has far-reaching benefits for both. Infant massage has been shown to increase Oxytocin, the "love hormone," which is associated with familial bonding, friendship and trust, while decreasing Cortisol, the "stress hormone."

Infant massage has also been shown to increase prolactin, which aides in the production of milk in breastfeeding mommies.
